Landed Permanent Residence (LPR) Service

Who am I ? My name is William, I am currently staying in Singapore. I went into Singapore by LPR, and I found my first job here just 3 days after my LPR approval came out. I want to help everyone who wants to apply LPR, until now I already applied 10 LPR applications and the results are all approved. My mission is to help you to apply LPR with affordable fee and good service.

My service will cover:
  1. I will explain personally to you in detail what are the documents needed.
  2. I will also explain on how to translate and certify your documents.
  3. After documents are all ready, please mail to my home address and I will check everything.
  4. You transfer the amount of cash to submit your LPR application, the LPR fee for my service is S$ 1200 for fresh graduates and S$ 2000 for non-fresh graduates. Fresh graduates are everyone who has not exceeded 1 year after degree graduation and has no work experience when applying LPR. For anyone who has exceeded 1 year, they have to pay non-fresh graduates fee. The fee is not refundable regardless on your LPR approval.
  5. I will do preparation and arrange the submission, and submit your documents.
  6. Wait for the processing time around 6 months to 1 year.
  7. LPR approval letter will be sent to my home address, I will inform you when the result come out, and give all approval documents to you once you arrive in Singapore.
Why do you choose me?
  1. Cheaper fee.
    You can compare the fee with your local agent, from what I know, an agent in Indonesia charges S$ 1500 for fresh graduates and S$ 2300 for non-fresh graduates.
  2. Faster Process
    Once I received all documents completely and also the fee, I will directly arrange for submission and submit it directly to Singapore. I will submit one for every application I receive, I do not pool and wait for some applications and submit them together.
  3. Trustability
    I have submitted 10 LPR applications from either my friends or my friends' friend or even from someone who really doesn't know me at all. After they got their LPR, they flew to Singapore and they got a job in less than 1 month.

    What is the procedure for Europeans, since there is no SMC over there. Do I have to go to Singapore for the application?
